Location was great. Apartment was lovely. Key handover was easy. Would highly recommend as the vaporetto and water taxi was directly out front of our apartment. Only a 5 minute walk over the Constitution Bridge from the train station and we were at our apartment. A very convenient location as we were traveling with our 3 children

The location was remarkably convenient for catching the vaparettos. Grocery store was close.

The location is brilliant. Close to the station. Piazza Roma and water bus. The view over the canal was lovely. It was clean and tidy.

Right outside the water bus station, easy to get around with a travel pass.

The host will meet you and explain everything about the flat. It is next to the bus station and train station so very easy to get to airport or trains. Some noise if you open the windows but a view of the grand canal. A/C and fans in the flat.

Excellent communication before arriving and info for staying in the flat. Perfect location for arriving in Venice and leaving as well as a key stop for several vaporetto lines outside the flat. Has two bathrooms and showers which maybe I missed in the description but was handy. Flat has everything you need for your stay....except a bottle opener for wine.

The flat's location was perfect, 6 mins away from the train station, opposite the water bus station. The flat itself had quite eclectic but nice looking furniture, an interesting ornate mirror in the living room caught my attention. Beds were comfortable, we slept well. The person delivering keys was polite and helpful.

The apartment has a great location, right next to the bus/train/boat stop. Several restaurants, Coop convenience store and a luggage storage facility is nearby. All of these make the place very convenient. Its a spacious apartment and was comfortable for a family of five.

View to the Canal is very beautiful. Excellent location. We were welcomed at the train station to take us to the room and give us the keys (which helped us a lot). The place is not very beautiful from the outside, but internally the apartment is excellent! The walk to Piazza San Marco is very nice to do, even with children. Breakfast and restaurants next to the stay, very good!

Great location, just over the bridge from the train station, at the door was the ACTV water boat transport. Found the apartment to be quiet, the A/C units kept the apartment cool, no problems.
