“Great location, but bad drain smell ruined room for us”
The room had a really bad smell of drains. It was coming from the bathroom so we would keep the bathroom door closed the entire time but then when going into the bathroom the smell was awful. Made our sinuses inflamed and blocked. Cleanliness of bathroom wasn’t great either as toilet really smelt of old urine with a toilet seat that doesn’t fit the toilet (needs a good bleach). There is a lot of noise from the bar under the room we stayed in, until around 00:00.

The perfect place in Venice! Excellent location, very close to the bus and train station, with the vaporetto stop just across the canal — you only had to cross a bridge. The neighborhood was lovely, the space itself was beautiful, and the view was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable with a high-quality mattress. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a good location, next to the bus stop from the airport. The Grand Canal and the surrounding territory is very beautiful with lots of shops and cafes. The room was large and comfortable. Actually there was nothing special I did not like, everything was Ok. Good location and value for money.

“Hard to find”
Conveniently located near the train station and main bus drop off. It had a good towel rack and two bathrooms which was handy. Generally comfortable.
