The view from the apartment was fantastic. The apartment is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds . The location is great, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. St. Marks Square is a short walk away.

“Wonderful apartment with amazing view”

Wonderful apartment with an amazing view. Two big rooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, comfortable beds, very clean, air-conditioning worked perfectly, WiFi worked perfectly, smart tv in each room, a kitchen with a table and chairs, so we had breakfast with a view of the ships passing by :-) kitchen well equipped, so we could cook simple meals for our family of five. There is also a coffee machine and a kettle. Ionela the host was very nice and communication worked effortlessly. The apartment really helped to make our stay in Venice extra special. For us everything was perfect, people with walking disability should know that the apartment is three floors up without elevator. And if maybe two couples share the apartment they should know that one room doesn't have a door, just a curtain.

Great location not far from the water bus station & 10 minutes from San Marco. View out of all the rooms of the harbour. Supermarket & a huge choice of cafes & restaurants outside the door. Also a choice of pharmacy. Very clean & quiet apartment. Host was friendly & efficient

The whole experience was fantastic… from very clear communication, great assistance with being able to leave bags early before check in, to a super clean apartment in a wonderful location… cannot fault it. Amazing aircon during a heatwave kept all 5 of us cool. Beautiful views and great restaurants and walks nearby

Spacious, clean and nicely decorated apartment. New beds were very comfortable, better than in hotels. Wonderful view towards south, we could watch ships come and go. Very good location near everything but not too much tourists. Very helpful owners gave great tips for restaurants and helped with luggage. If we come to Venice again, we will definitely come here again.

Excellent location a short walk to Doge's Palace, a park and water transport. Many restaurants. Safe ans friendly. Hot water always available.

The view from the room was stunning. I could see the Adriatic Sea. Doge's palace was also within walking distance.
