The Host Antonio was amazing he guided me throughout from the airport. Also he mentioned amazing attractions of the city. The room was nice and clean staff was amazing they clean the room everyday overall my experience was wonderful. I will go again to this place and recommend to others as well

The property was beautiful.We had the room with the balcony over the canal.It was so lovely opening up the patio doors and feeling part of the Italian life outside. A perfect location.so close to a bakery,ice cream parlour and a co-op supermarket. Also right by a few restaurants and a Gondola collection point. Just beautiful. Antonio couldn’t have been more helpful with directions how to find the property what bus or boat to use etc.He was Polite friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora al Doge Beato. The location was perfect and the view overlooking the canal was picturesque. Antonio was really communicative, helping us book a water taxi from the airport, organising dinner on our first night as a kind favour, and decorating the room with a birthday banner and champagne for my birthday. He really went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we had a good stay.

Beautiful room. Excellent location being 4mins walk to San Stae ACTV. Great shops literally a stone's throw: Majer Patisserie, street fruit vegetable stall, pharmacy, gelato: COOP round corner on Campo San Giacomo square, the square itself has a few lovely restaurants & bars too. Definitely will return

“The most perfect place to stay.”

This is the most perfect place to stay in Venice. Easy walk from the station and easy to get to all the main sites of the city, as well as being located next to great cafes, restaurants and other local amenities. We had a lovely view from our balcony overlooking the canal. It was quiet at night and we slept really well- the bed was really comfortable. Antonio the host was super friendly and helpful and his place is lovely. We would most definitely stay there again.

Beautiful interior, very clean and cosy. The host Antonio is lovely and so helpful and accommodating. He goes above and beyond. Excellent location, near the grand canal, train & bus station. There are restaurants and cafes right opposite and next to the property & even a supermarket. The corridor bathrooms are still very private and not an issue at all.

Lovely owner Antonia went out of his way to make sure everything was just right for us lots of good advice on what to do easy to contact and repyed very quickly room was very clean as was the bathroom bed very comfortable amazing bakery just outside we’re we had breakfast each day

This is a small bed and breakfast with just six rooms run by Antonio, a delightful Italian gentleman. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was exceptionally good. Antonio kindly made us cappuccinos in the morning before we set out on our Venetian adventures.

Great location in the heart of Venice, easy to walk everywhere from the property. Room was great and Antonio was a fantastic host. We took the canal view option which I would recommend.
