Overview
The Corte Nova is just 5 minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square, in the heart of Venice. It offers self-catering apartments with traditional furnishings, and free Wi-Fi. Corte Nova Residence is housed in a completely restored historic Venetian palazzo facing the canal. All Corte Nova's apartments are air conditioned with a fully-equipped kitchen and offer views of the canal while some overlook the quiet, internal courtyard. Residence Corte Nova has a private dock and is near Riva degli Schiavoni, where you can admire views of the Lagoon. The nearest water-bus stop is San Zaccaria. Guests are welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the private garden during reception opening hours. La Biennale di Venezia arts institute is also nearby.

“Great location. Lived Venice”
Apartment did not have a lift snd we had 2 flights of stairs to get our cases up. Corte nice kindly changed apartment to other location next day. Would have been nice for us to change beforehand as I did request if was available

“Perfect Appartment in Venice”
The appartment was great. Very big, good views, fully functional kitchen and ameneties. Ultra clean and the location was perfect. Right next to it (over the bridge) is a big supermarket as well. You can easily reach Vaporetto stations Ospedale to the north and Arsenale as well as San Marco-San Zaccharia to the south. The people working there were very nice and always reachable for questions. Will come back for sure.

“A beautiful stay on the canals in Venice :)”
The location is stunning, overlooking the canals in venice. The balcony is directly above a canal and the view was amazing at all times of day. The venue provided detailed instructions include directions for a water taxi from the train station as we were checking in outside of check-in time and were very good at communicating with us.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed everything. The apartment was very clean and it was приятно to stay there — comfortable and well-kept. The staff was also very kind and pleasant. The location is very convenient: it’s in a quiet area with no noise, but at the same time it’s easy to get to shops, and it’s close to the city center and main tourist spots. So we felt very comfortable, calm, and relaxed during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Very lovely apartment, comfortable, modern, spacious and very clean. The location was superb overlooking picturesque old buildings and of course the canal below, it was also only a 10 minute walk to all of the main sights but was lovely and quiet in this particular area. There was a brilliant supermarket just across the bridge from the apartment complex that had everything you needed to stock up your kitchen. We had an absolutely fantastic time here and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Venice with everything at your fingertips.

Friendly staff and lovely spacious and clean accommodation. 15 minutes walk from saint marks square. We had the three bedrooms apartment. Perfect for a mother travelling with 2 adult children.

“Memorable”
The flat was very spacious and equipped with a lovely kitchen. The position is great as it’s only few minutes walk from San MarcoSquare but not in a busy area. There’s a lovely grocery store next to it that came very handy for the evening as most restaurants were booked up.

The accommodation is very clear and clean. There is fully equipped kitchen. Very close is grocery store. Staff is very friendly, they will help you with information about the city. Is possible to leave baggage after the check-out in lobby.
