We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation is in a good area for exploring Venice and the room was spacious. I have had mixed experiences with accommodation with shared facilities but the bathroom was pleasant and I didn't experience any noise from neighbours.

“Highly recommend”
Well located! Spacious room. Staff was really nice too. They upgraded us to a room with a private bathroom and we were really grateful for that. Also pretty much the only stay in our entire trip that provided drinking water

“Incredible stay in Venice”
We chose this room last minute due to errors with our original booking elsewhere, so we didn't expect much for the very affordable price. But it was delightful! An easy walk from the train station, and in a delightful area with affordable restaurants, this location made it easy to explore Venice stress free. Also, upon arrival we were greeted by staff (check in is not automated) and they were lovely, and our room was even upgraded to have a private bathroom, even though we had paid for a shared one! There was a small shared kitchenette outside the room too, which we didn't need to use. The room itself was clean, with towels, bedding, handsoap, a hairdryer and toilet paper provided. The aircon worked well in the heat. Simply an incredible stay! Also down the road was the best gelato we had ever eaten at Baraco del Gelato. 100% recommend

Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Good place to stay if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower at a reasonable price. Nice location with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby for breakfast.

“Fantastic location - easy access to everything!”
The photos of this place don't really do it justice. Of course the rooms are basic but they are clean and comfortable. But what really makes this place is the location - right next to a bustling suburb with the most beautiful bars and cafes. We even ate in the restaurant below the hotel which was incredible. There were shops nearby for essentials too. The staff were friendly and accommodating - we really loved our stay so thank you.

The location is absolutely perfect if you want to have full Venice experience including having a glimpse into lives of people actually living in Venice. If I will be coming back to Venice I will try to book this property again.

“Great value, location and room.”
We booked a room with private bathroom. Both were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was roomy and water was hot! Communication was excellent and we knew exactly what to expect and our expectation was met. The chap who checked us in could not have been nicer. This is a no frills hostel type set up but everything is very clean. The location is excellent with lots of bars and restaurants within a few metres. It is close enough to the station to be able to walk with ease.
