Laura is very helpful. She helped us to make the plan and gave us many useful suggestions. The apartment is very beautiful, morden and big, with nice surroundings.

Lovely host, local guide and apartment ! Equiped with all you need, located in a very nice area and close to a lot of places to eat, drink and a supermarket. Apartment was ideal for us as a family with two children and it felt like a second home.

Wonderful, central location, down a wonderful side street close to ammenities, but away from the hustle & bustle of late night life. Exceptionally clean, well stocked and well maintained apartment. Everything we needed. Kids loved the enclosed outdoor area. Kitchen had ammenities suitable for the apartment. Laura & Simona were so kind, meeting us to organise a personalised check in, providing information on Apps to use in Venice, places to eat, and help with getting around. Great communication from Laura, the host, from the start. A wonderful start to our time in Italy.

Everything was pretty fine.

This was an absolutely stunning accommodation, easy to access from the bus station, but already immersed in the texture of Venice canals and alleys. It was cosy, warm and equipped with everything our family of 4 needed. We appreciated that there was even a step stool at the bathroom sink, which our youngest used. Also the washing machine proved extremely handy, especially when you pair kids with delicious Italian sauces :) . There were several restaurants, bakeries and cafés next door, so it was easy to grab breakfast before heading to all the sights, or an unplanned late dinner upon return. Laura kindly gave us useful tips for lesser known places. It was so lovely to hear only the sounds of bells from nearby churches and seagulls flying over the rooftops.

The price is excellent for a house with two bedrooms and a courtyard. The location is good, close to the trains and Piazzale Roma. Reaching the St. Mark’s area requires a bit of walking, but it is very manageable in any case.

Great place to stay with all what you need. Location, shops and all around was great. Nice stuff, very helpful sharing all tips. We really enjoyed staying there and could rest after very active days.

Perfect apartement near the bus / train station and near to some places you need to see in venice. Otherwise you are really fast at the other places with the waterbus.

Great apartment for exploring Venice from. Rialto Bridge about 20 minutes walking and St Marks 30 minutes.

The apartement was just awesome. We looked for a location near to the historical center which would be quiet (we had 2 little kids) and near to the parking place in Piazzale Roma at the same time. And the apartement was just a perfect match. We appreciated that a lady took us there and, more importantly, shared great tips for sightseeing which made our stay incredibly nice. It was also very nice to use the small courtyard where kids could run and play and where we could hide from the hot sun. The apartement was very clean and well equipped.

The host Laura met us at Piazzale Roma and walked us to the accommodation. The accommodation is in an area which is easily accessible by foot to the major attractions across Venice. The furnishings are very comfortable and luxurious. The hosts provided coffee pods for the morning. There was also a good selection of tea. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar was provided. Additionally, a nice touch was the shopping bag and the little bag of toiletries provided. They also provided good quality tissues. Had a wonderful stay as a family of four.

Cleanest accommodation!! Felt just like home away from home. Very friendly host Laura was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We stayed as a family with older kids. Nice location and everything just round the corner.
