They even prepared a personalized sightseeing program with recommendations, which made exploring Venice so much easier and more enjoyable. A special thank you to Luana for her kindness and thoughtfulness. Since we had to leave very early and couldn’t make it to breakfast, they prepared food and drinks for us the night before so we would still have something for the morning. Such a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Thank you again for making our Venice trip unforgettable. We would happily stay here again!

“Perfection”

Easily one of my favorite hotels I ever stayed in. The warmest welcome from Luana, she instantly made me feel like home. The room was beautiful, typical Venetian style. It was super clean, pure perfection truly. The shower was amazing, there was room enough for clothes, it got cleaned daily, the view on the garden was super relaxing. There’s everything you need to wind down after walking around Venezia all day. Upon my next visit here, I will most definitely come back. Grazie mille Luana 🤍

The room was well equipped and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The garden and the canal view accompanying the house provide a much needed relaxing ambience before or after a day strolling around the city. The stay was made all the better by Luana and the staff who are so kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. The apartment was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The location is excellent and made getting around Venice very easy. A special mention to the host for their outstanding hospitality — welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We were travelling with heavy suitcases, so the close walking distance to the train station was a huge plus and made arrival and departure stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Luana was the perfect host. A beautiful home with the most glorious Christmas touches for good measure. Off the beaten track but only a short stroll to the train station. Lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We’ll be back I’m sure.

Flawless. The host was beyond amazing and even prepared a small itinerary for us if we wanted to follow - - which had some amazing places and food recommendations as well as how to avoid getting bogged down with too many of the tourist traps. The rooms were just great, super comfy and elegant. The location was amazing from our point of view, it felt far enough from the buzz so we can walk over when we wanted but we get the quiet at night, close to the station so the walk with suitcases off to our next stop was a breeze, definitely our favourite Venice explore base. We managed to explore on foot easily all the neighbourhoods. We're definitely going to be back here.

It’s set in a beautiful quiet courtyard, our room looked out over the river. It’s immaculate in every way lose to everything you’d need. Host was amazing and very welcoming and on hand if needed any info about Venice.

The location was great, which is close to Venice station. The service was perfect and Luana was so welcoming. We enjoyed every second staying at this place.

Location and the house were spot on, so lovely and well maintained. Right in the heart of Venice but so quiet and away from the crowds. Breakfast was amazing with homemade goodies and treats. Staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome

“A totally beautiful Venican experience”

The owner firstly, Luana is the most welcoming host and a special lady. It’s beauty both inside and outside the home. Quiet space away from central Venice but 5 minutes to train station with its own special water driveway!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay at Cinquesteste Luxury Home in Venice. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfecto. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, super clean, beautifully decorated, and you can tell a lot of love and thought went into every detail. It has that modern and luxury feel while still keeping all the charm of Venice. The location is spot on too, quiet and peaceful, but still just a short walk to all the main spots like Rialto and San Marco. We loved coming back after a day exploring and relaxing in such a cozy and stylish space. And now, a special shoutout to Luana, who made the whole experience even better. She was so warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with tips and recommendations. You can tell she truly cares about making sure her guests have the best time possible. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

The property is a beautifully restored property in the San Polo/Croce area (western side) of Venice. It has a large peaceful garden and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner Luana was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and has produced an app with lots of useful information for preparation prior to arrival (and restaurant recommendations etc). We thought this was a perfect location - away from the crowds, very handy for the bus station from the airport (with your luggage), and also within walking distance of sights in the city.

Quite simply one of the best places I have stayed in anywhere. Lovely peaceful location, gorgeous property which is furnished exquisitely and in Luanda you have the perfect hostess. Worth contacting Luanda in advance of your stay. Don’t miss the breakfast!
