“Best family friendly accommodation. We loved it and would come back.”
Property was close to Rialto bridge. The apartment had everything a family needs. It was clean, had all appliances. Washing machine included. Even had hygiene shower products. The beds were very comfortable. We could not fault our stay here. We would come back.

Great apartment with a beautiful view of the canal, where gondolas regularly pass by. The cute little balcony was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washing machine with washing powder provided was a great bonus. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Everything! Staff were welcoming, accomodating to all our needs and requests, and always all smiles. Location was brilliant, very close to St Marks square and all the attractions we wanted to visit. Apartment was spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again.

I liked that the property was very clean and well-maintained. The location was also excellent, as it is situated right in the city centre, making it convenient to access shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

“Very nice apartment for staying in Venice with small kids.”
It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Check in was very easy. Staff was very helpful and kind. They even messaged us before hand that a big strike would be happening on the day of our arrival in order to make the correct transport arrangements to the hotel. Neighbourhood was very central. In general we felt very comfortable with 2 small kids. Would stay again.

Everything was great, except that when we booked this place, it was undergoing renovations just two weeks before we arrived, and they had booked a hotel nearby for us. Thank you very much. Everything was great and the hotel was very clean and great.

It was a beautiful place, and the service was excellent. We were escorted to our room and helped with our luggage. We took a late-night taxi back to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return next time.

Regarding the washing machine, we washed little numbers of cloths, but they were always very wet and left detergent on clothes. I thought it was out of order.
