“Ideal location in a square close to all the major sites in Venice.”
The location was perfect. We enjoyed having a balcony with a table and chairs to relax after a day walking round Venice.

“The best location and view!”
Very good location. The apartment is cozy, with a view of the canal. The host was so kind to upgrade us to a bigger room. We will definitely come back!

Lovely big size room with channel view. One single bed and one large double bed are very comfortable. The bathroom is also a very good size with view as well. The price is very competitive. Highly recommended.

“Great location, lovely staff and gorgeous little canal view for breakfast”
Loved the view from our room, seeing the gondolas pass by each morning and evening. It was also quiet when we closed the windows which was ideal for sleep. I did not take long to walk from the bus terminal and it was easy to get to get around the city as we were on the main street essentially. Always had hot water for the shower. The staff were very nice and helpful on arrival

It was a really pleasant stay. The room is small, but clean and and cozy with all the necessary things for bathroom and tea/coffee. There was no fridge, but it wasn't a problem. Nearby there is a supermarket and a lot of nice cafes for breakfast or snack.
