Great location in a quiet campo opposite the Teatro Malibran (super convenient if attending an opera in this theatre - as we were). Big spacious room with attractive views of surrounding area and canal.

Fabulous location in Venice, right in the centre close to the Rialto bridge. It was a large and very comfortable apartment. It was a bonus to be able to leave our bags in the reception area when we arrived and when we checked out.

We loved the location. Loved being able to watch the gondolas with our canal view from our window. We appreciated the bottle of champagne on arrival. The apartment was perfect for our group. Maurizio made us feel welcome and check in was a breeze.

“Great stay in Venice”
Location is excellent. Facilities good. Easy and helpful check in. Owner gave excellent accurate directions to find the location. Great restaurants ( >4.5) and cafes literally seconds walk away. Walkable to Rialto and St. Mark Square. Free bottle of champagne was a nice welcome touch.

“Perfect location, apartment and value for money!”
Location was perfect, so central and within walking distance of all of the main attractions! The room was so clean and spacious and great value for money! There was also a bottle of Prosecco and waters in the fridge on arrival which is a lovely added touch! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Location was absolutely amazing, few minutes walk from Rialto Bridge and check in was seamless. Great staff, daily cleaning and free water, coffee and a bottle of fizz! Plenty of room for 2 people and the balcony was just the perfect addition.

Ample room for the 2 of us, so close to Rialto bridge, loved the outside terrace area, we had a great time in Venice which was complete due to the accommodation.

Host was lovely, apartment was spacious and clean. Good location .Great for 4 people, the 5th person has to sleep on a sofa bed which is no good if they want a sleep in as the others will wake them when they get up to use kitchen facilities.
