“A good choice to consider if you don't want to cross too many bridges!”
This B&B is located about 15 min walk from Venezia S Lucia train station, across the glass bridge (Ponte della Costituzione) and after the busy car and bus park. The reception is located in the nearby Hotel Ca’ Doge, a minute’s walk away and the friendly lady at the reception walked us to the B&B. Although our room was located above a car parking facility (this is the only part of Venice main island accessible by car, buses and the tram), it was very quiet during our stay. The beds were comfortable. The tea and coffee facilities are shared and located in the common corridor and had a varied selection of teas and coffee. The building has a lift so managing luggage was never an issue.

“Perfect spot for a family travel by car”
We were the crazy ones with kids going to Venice by car. This property had a parking and had rooms fitting a people of 4. Drive into Venice, drop your car, luggage and you’re ready to explore.
