“Very good option”
Excellent location just 5 min from bus station. Its infront of canals. Property is without staff but you have clear instruction for everything from them. Room was good, AC was fine. Bathroom is small but in this price its perfect.

Fantastic location, very quiet. Modern room and comfortable bed. Easy access, and good communication with the host prior to arrival. 10 minutes walk with luggage from Railway Station. Right on a canal with heaps of dining options close by. Highly recommend this accommodation.

“Amazing”
Amazing location! right on a canal. Had such a nice view out of both the rooms. so close to bus and train station too which was a huge plus for us as we had to leave very early in the morning. Good value for money in Venice! Highly recommended!!

“Magnificent view , very close to station and shuttle”
We returned to this nice place because it is perfectly located for transit being so close to station and airport shuttle. The apartment is simple yet nice and has a magnificent view over the canals and small bridges.

I had trouble checking in online as the website wouldn’t accept my details, I contacted the staff and they were able to finish checking in for me. During my stay I also asked for dinner recommendations which they provided and the at one point I had a problem with getting in, each time the staff responded very quickly and were very helpful! 😀 The location is great too if you’re looking for somewhere not too far from transport links but still in the centre!
