Brilliant location within walking distance of all the main sites. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped for our group of 4. Great communication from the host made our trip very easy.

Perfectly Venetian apartment in a great location for exploring Venice. Loved the little balcony for watching the canal boats. Helpful information folders in many languages and a welcome basket provided.

The location of the property was great, very central, close to supermarket and all main tourist places, very quiet at night which was good considering so central. The views of the gondolas was amazing and there is enough space for two to sit outside watching the gondolas go by. There is also a nice terrace on the other side of the property overlooking the courtyard. Perfect stay in Venice!

Fabulous balcony

“Lovely quaint home and a fantastic host.”

This very quaint and cozy home is tucked away in a little quiet nook overlooking the canal. The home is very beautifully kept and lot of attention is given to every smallest detail. The 2 bedrooms are sufficiently large and have ample storage for clothes and other items. The bathrooms are extremely clean and lovely. The living room has a small balcony overlooking the canal where one can sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine watching the Gondolas go by. The kitchen is well equipped and it made it very convenient for us to enjoy a quick breakfast every morning. The host Marissa is very kind and sent us detailed instructions on how to get to the place as well as other tips and pointers. She has also made available a file with various contact details, information on tourist spots and a list of dos & donts that really helped with getting around in Venice. All in all we had a fabulous stay at CasaMisa Formosa, and would love to come back again.

The view was incredible - looking out on the canal watching the gondolas pass by. A quaint little casa with great space. Had a gorgeous feel to it. We didn't spend much time in the apartment but felt like a local by staying in an apartment and walking out and about the area.

Property was amazing. Very traditional Italian apartment which was something we loved about it. Really big too. Had everything we needed & the view was fantastic. Walking distance to everything.

“Wonderful canal view in good location”

The view of the canal from the terrace is wonderful. Location of the lodging was central to the attractions. Everything is within a 10-15 mins walk. We had to walk about 10-13 mins after alighting from the Water Vaporetto that costs €9.50 one way. Directions given was good and we did not get lost. The apartment has a big kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an entrance area with good mirrors. The beds were comfortable. There was a huge drying rack that came in handy for our laundry for 5 pax.
