Everything was great, very good location and helpful host. We were very near a vaporetto stop and could walk to most places. The house was spacious

The place was clean and felt like you were staying in a family. It is very close to Piazza San Marco, literally a 2-minute walk. Fully functional kitchen, large balcony, and is even quiet considering how central it is.

(1) Staff (check in) : We had an appointment with an assistant delegated by the owner at the place close to the apartment and she guided to the apartment. She made a kind introduction of the apartment facilities. A check in was quite smooth. (Reply to our inquiries) We made several inquiries during our stay. She always answered very quickly. (2) An apartment was splendid. As the location is historic area, the building itself is aged, but equipment is well maintained. Ver spacious and gorgeous apartment. In addition, the apartment holds a lots of owner's history and sense, we felt and enjoyed the owner's high sense. We experienced historic building structure of the apartment. (3) Location is perfect. The apartment is just back of Museo Civico Correr and within 2 minutes from P.S.Marco. (4) The pictures on Booking.com are very accurate. There is no difference between the pictures and the realty.

The Casa Patricia has an excellent location just a steps from Piazza San Marco and behind the Museo Correr. It is a perfect spot for exploration of Venice, having the comfort of being at the very center of the Venice and yet without the distress of the crowd. It has a very nice terrace overlooking the roofs of Venice and the windows of the bedroom look at the Museo Correr and the San Marco Campanile.

This was a lovely place to stay in the heart of Venice, just a minute from the Basilica, restaurants shops and St Mark's Bell Tower.. The property was furnished beautifully . We very much enjoyed staying here..

Apartment was warm and comfy

Casa Patricia is one of the most beautiful apartments ever ! The location is superb, right in the middle of happening and close to the San Marco boat station. The furniture is almost antique and incredibly beautiful. They even had a lovely old CD player in the room with a great selection of music. The balcony is grand and the bed is a comfortable 2m wide. The kitchen is also well-equipped. There is a small hydraulic lift that is convenient for sending luggage up to the 4th floor. The host was in touch with me from the moment I made the booking and introduced me to a kind lady named Linda who welcomed us on-site. Linda provided us with a list of the best restaurants and bakeries in Venice and went above and beyond to assist me and my family. She even helped when my son fell ill on her day off, offering support and following up on his health. We greatly appreciate her dedication. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I absolutely recommending it

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. Maura was amazing and really helped us meeting us at the vaporetto and assisting us during our stay. The position right next to San Marco Square was amazing.
