“Perfect location for a bigger family”

The location was excellent, the size of the apartment and the facilities (for Venezia) were really great. There is also a very nice local restaurant (with high rating) in the same building (next door) that we enjoyed during the first evening. The apartment has an amazing view to the sea and quick access to the ferry terminal. 5 minutes walk from the shops and only 20 min walk to San Marco square.

We liked the location away from crowds and noise of centre. Looking out windows and seeing glimpses of sea through trees. Having 3 good sized bedrooms meant no one was compromising with a little room. The living area was comfortable to be together. There was always plenty hot water for showers etc. Via Garibaldi which is close to the apartment has Coop supermarket, bakery, cafes snd restaurants. The advance information sent relating to directions to apartment, restaurant recommendations etc was very helpful. It is up 3 flights of stairs which maybe a consideration for some. We loved having park and waterbus stop so close.

The location is wonderful. It's very close to the transport, main sightseeing. The apartment is very good with beautiful view and all necessary things.

Great location to visit Bienale just around the corner. Quite neighbourhood without overtourism. Easy to reach by vaporetto. Playground in the park. Nice cafe/restaurant next to the house. Books and some toys for kids.

Peaceful location just by the park and a relaxing and very safe feeling walk home along the promenade, out of the bustle of the centre. Ten mins walk to st marks sq and ferry stop just in front of park which all main ferries to train station and airport stopped at. Totally quiet in the evening with tree top views over to the canal. Caterina was immediately responsive on WhatsApp and very helpful. Would recommend staying here

“A delightful retreat in magical Venice”

Beautifully appointed and charming property. Caterina is responsive to any questions you may have and there are guide books and reading material in the apartment. It is clear the owners have put a lot of love and considered thought into the property. Views to beautiful old buildings, and greenery in the next door park. Super close to Vaparetto stop, which allows for easy access to the sites of Venice. An easy stroll to several, lovely places to eat. There is an air conditioner that provides welcomed relief on a sunshiny day! There is a park next door and the water is a stone’s throw away. You can hear the birds and enjoy seeing the local dogs enjoying strolls with their people.

The location was quiet and very close to the water bus for day trips into the centre of Venice and all other locations. Local shops and restaurants are very close too.

Everything. Every detail is thought from the heart. A very comfortable flat with delicious beds to rest. Very bright, cosy and perfectly clean. My nephew spent his time happily playing with all the books and toys. The neighbourhood and surroundings are beautiful, with lots of greenery and parks for children. The location is perfect for those of us who like peace and quiet. Very well connected with the vaporetto only 10 minutes from the centre or even walking along the seafront in only 20 minutes. In addition to everything you have coffee and all the necessary implements for cooking. I would definitely come back on my next visit to beautiful Venice.

Large bedrooms. We all slept really well. Very clean. Great for water bus, shops and restaurants. Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer etc.

The place is so easy to find! The views are everything I would never want to stay anywhere else in venice! The public transport boat is right on your door step…. We got off our train at Santa Lucia walked less than 100m to our line 4.1 and got off less than 100m from the accommodation. The garden is beautiful the ocean view is amazing! The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen has enough space. The bedding is Amazing, the kitchen well equipped and we just loved the space so much we slept in every morning! Venice would have been less spectacular without Casa Mongolfiere

“Perfect stay!”

All in all we had the most perfect stay. The apartment is absolutely lovely. The host very helpful and the location is actually super central. If we come back to Venice, Weinviertel where to stay :)
