Casa Marco Polo is pure magic — perfectly located right on the canal, where you can sit back with a Spritz and watch the gondolas glide by to the sound of Italian classical music. The atmosphere feels like stepping into a postcard of Venice. The apartment was spotless, elegant, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality — they went above and beyond to arrange my transfers and make everything seamless from arrival to departure. A truly special place that captures the beauty and charm of Venice. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location

“This is probably one of the best destination stays I have ever encountered on Booking.com”

The hosts were absolutely brilliant and couldnt do enough for us. They organised for us to be picked up from the airport via a water taxi and dropped off at the apartment right outside on the private jetty were we were met by the host and showed us the apartment and its features. They even took us for a short walk to point out where the supermarket and restruants are. As to the apartment - well, what can I say? Its is absolutely fabulous, cannot fault it, brilliant location, and you can watch the Gondolas going past every minute of the day. We sat drinking coffee in the morning and vino in the afternoon on the terrace watching the world go by. Its location is smack bang in the middle of venice, a few minutes walk from Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes walk from St Marks Square. The hosts explained how to catch the waterbus to the airport from Rialto Bridge, even sending us the bus timetable. Well done to them for providing us such a wonderful time in their apartment, will definately come again. Thank you.

Sitting at the balcony watching the gondola pass by and people on the Marco Polo bridge was the highlight off our stay (and we had an amazing stay in Venice).

This is an incredibly special place. During our three-night stay, the kids spent hours sitting by the window, waving and chatting with people passing by on the gondola—it brought them so much joy. And Claudia is, without a doubt, the kindest and most helpful host I’ve ever met. Thanks to her, our last stop on this trip was absolutely magical. Arriving and departing by water taxi just made it all the more unforgettable. Thank you, Claudia and your husband, for everything. I recommend this place 100%.

The apartment was spacious and quiet while being in the heart of Venice. The canal level little terrace was so special to sit and watch the gondolas glide by. Absolutely charming. It even had its own platform so you could arrive by water taxi! Claudia the host was also lovely and helpful.

“A dream stay”

Where do I start! Anyone that gets to stay here in their lifetime is incredibly lucky. We eloped and married in Venice. This accommodation absolutely made our stay in Venice. From the moment we arrived in our private water taxi, right to the deck of the apartment, to the time we left, everything was perfect. The apartment is HUGE! You have your own personal deck, so rare in Venice. Sitting out there watching the gondal's pass by frequently was like a dream. The front door into the courtyard is beautiful. The apartment feels so private and quiet, yet it's only a 2 min walk to the Rialto bridge. The location is perfect. Now let me tell you about Claudia, the host. She is so beautiful and does things like films you arriving in your water taxi, that just makes it extra special. Words will never describe how much staying here was like a dream. Absolutely worth every cent! You feel like royalty.

This is a fantastic apartment!! The location is excellent and it is surprisingly quiet given the central location. It is right on the canal with a private jetty, which seemed to be quite unique - it felt like a true Venice experience. The hosts are absolutely fantastic, they are so accommodating and offered to assist with any tour bookings and reservations we wanted. I highly recommend boking this apartment!!
