The apartment was in a great location (bit difficult to find at first; Google Maps issues!) and was perfect after a long day discovering Venice especially with the Gondolas just cruising by the windows!!

The location and the house was perfect.

Great communication prior helping us with suggestions for parking. Good instructions with how to find the place and get in. Perfect spot for a few nights in Venice and good size for 4 people. Had everything we needed for our stay.

The kind and helpful service from the property owner who helped us before arrival and during our stay. She left free snacks for us and complimentary Nespresso pods. The property was well located a short walk from major attractions. The property overlooked a canal which was unique experience. Close to food places. The property had all the amenities we could possibly need and things we didn’t even know we needed :) WiFi was perfect. staying in a place like this made our time in Venice even more perfect.

Nice location are a fairly big place right on the canal. Priscilla had all that we needed in the apartment which was nice as lots of places are missing things.

“Excellent stay”

Location was excellent, close by and in a quiet place. Beds were comfortable, separate bedrooms and living area and we had all we needed.

Amazing location, Priscilla is an amazing host, she is always available to answer questions or help, she left us some biscuits, coffee, juices, and milk, very generous with clear attention to the details of making her guests happy, really a great host, even she offered us Late check out.

One of the bedrooms opens into the canal. Has a kitchen, washing machine, it is in a very safe area. About 11 minutes from Venezia Saint Lucia stazione. 3 bridges to cross to get there.

The location was fantastic. It seemed like an area with some locals not all tourists. It was easy to get around. Lots of lovely food and bars close. The best things were the gondola’s and service boats passing by. It is a really cosy apartment. A little dark but that was expected and not a problem as lots of lights. Comfortable beds. Warm. Great communication from host. It was very authentic. We loved it.

Great location with easy access to many places and a dock. The neighborhood was very quiet. The property was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable.

A very cute apartment with a very friendly and flexible host, we loved our time here and although the weather was not always lovely (it rained, a lot!!) the apartment was well thought out and a great base to explore Venice from.

The location is good where you only walk 15mins to the nearest station; owner is so kind to provide us some light refreshment

Unique location looking directly out onto a canal, very well appointed kitchen and dining / living area. Conveniently central between train / bus depot and major sight seeing highlights (eg St Marks, Doges Palaces, leaving point for boat trips to other islands). Super host, excellent communication, very accommodating.
