“Charming hotel stay in a great location”
The room was quiet, in a great location, close to ferry stops and walkable to most things. Also close to the main train station. The room was cute, great view of the inner courtyard, quiet and well decorated. It was a little setback from the main run of things, but that made it perfect. Felt like a local. Front desk was super lovely and very helpful. Plenty of great restaurants near by.

Stella, the staff, was super helpful. We got free morning coffee and tea. The location is nice and quiet but close to the streets with shops. If you go in a warm season, the garden looked nice to sit back and relax.

“Lovely central location yet in a nice quiet square so felt lovely and residential as opposed to overly touristy.”
Location was perfect and quiet . Not too long ago walk from the bus. As we arrived late we were able to self check in. A video was sent with instructions which was very helpful.

Amazing and commutative staff. The location was so relatively quiet and away from the crowds but still close to amazing food. Having a garden to escape to is a great feature if you give yourself time to enjoy it

“Wonderful apartment on the canals of Cannaregio”
The location within the city was perfect, with quieter stores and vaporetti within close walking distance. The apartment was clean, stocked and comfortable and Stella was very helpful and responsive, which really helped on arrival. Also, the garden is a lovely place to relax for a quiet evening of prosecco and cheese with your sweetheart, without needing to wander around to more restaurants.

“Perfect”
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the warm hospitality and the comfortable attitude towards guests. Stella warmly welcomed us and provided everything we needed. Venice was beautiful—though of course crowded—and the tiny garden made our evenings relaxing, allowing us to truly appreciate the beauty we experienced. The location was an unexpectedly perfect choice, just a short walk from the main attractions.
