“Wonderful stay”

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Colleoni. The rooms are lovely, our host was very helpful and made us a really nice breakfast. Our room was turned over which exceeded my expectations for a B&B and the location is amazing, so close to everything without being too busy!

From start to finish we couldn’t have wished for a better property to stay at. Breakfast had everything you could want in a lovely setting, staff were attentive & kept everything topped up. The room was cleaned every day & fresh towels available if requested. The location was very central, all in all we would highly recommend.

You made our trip even more beautiful and left a very warm place in our hearts. Fabulous place to stay in the incredible city of Venice. Silvia is the perfect hostess, and the place is utterly charming.

“Superb - a quality stay in a great location.”

Location was terrific - handy for airport water shuttle. Lots of bars and restaurant available nearby. On arrival, Sylvia gave us a 30 min map description. She was so helpful and it helped out three days. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. All in all, would highly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay at these apartments. They are very cozy and full of character, with a unique and authentic atmosphere that makes you feel the spirit of Venice. The location is excellent, and the view from the window is absolutely stunning. Everything was perfectly clean, which was very important to us. The breakfast was also very good and a great start to the day. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They were very attentive and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Venice. 💛

Very nice accommodations. The owner was wonderful, as was the lady who prepared our breakfast. The room was nice and clean. A great location for exploring Venice. Delicious, hearty breakfasts.

“Perfect location and perfect hosts”

It was an absolutely stunning property in an amazing location in Venice near a beautiful church and piazza with a lovely pasticceria. The ambience was amazing—it felt very old Venetian while still having great facilities. The most comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom with a hot, powerful shower, beautiful decor, a view of the bridge, and the world’s most hospitable hosts! A lovely breakfast each morning with everything you could wish for from sweet to savoury including freshly prepared fruit and delicious coffee. Claudia and Silvia were wonderful and we were able to leave our bags as soon as we arrived in the city early on our first day, and on our last day leave them after we had checked out for no extra charge, which was wonderfully convenient. I enjoyed the sociability of breakfasting with other guests but there was no forced society, and our room was private and quiet—we didn’t even notice the other guests! Altogether the best place to stay in Venice.

Nice church and piazza views in a non touristy but fairly central area near a vaporetto stop. Lovely room and bathroom, clean and cosy with character

The location was very good and in walking distance to all attractions. The breakfast was very good. We had som food allergies but Claudia fixed specifically for us, so it was very good experience. Silvia gave us many good restaurant suggestions that all was very good. If we are going back we would love to stay there again.

“Casa Colleoni great place to stay”

SIlvia met us at the property and gave us lots of useful information which helped enjoy our visit to Venice. Casa Colleoni is in a lovely convenient area for visiting the sites of Venice. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby which means you don't have to go far to eat in the evenings after a long day walking around Venice. The property is lovely and just like the photos. Claudia, the housekeeper was lovely & set out a lovely breakfasts for the guests evermorning.

Perfect host, we got a lot of good reccomendations (parking, restaurants, kids program in Venice) We loved the breakfast, there was always something for the kids, and also glutenfree products are available! Cosy, clean, big rooms, comfortable beds. Perfect place to stay in Venice!

“Romantic 60th Birthday”

I was amazed by the location...the room was just fabulous and the communal breakfast area was so ornate, we met some lovely people travelling and Silvia and Claudia were the icing on the cake x

We were nicely welcomed by Silvia who took the time to explain the city map and give many tips on where to go. Every morning Claudia took care of a nice breakfast (fresh, eggs, toasted bread, salad, cheese, meat, cakes, yoghurt, muesli), anything you can think off. The location was also great. Walking distance to many nice spots but outside the busy streets.
