Quiet apartment, quiet area but still close to restaurants and attractions. Large rooms on a ground floor. Located un a secure courtyard. Nicely renovated. Awesome shower and hot water system. Beautiful views of the grand canal.

“Fantastic”
Brilliant stay. Davide was super helpful and answered any questions we had via WhatsApp within minutes. Location is class, not far from the Rialto bridge but just far enough away from all the noise in the evening. Apartment is clean, tidy, has everything you need and very modern. Would highly recommend staying at Davide’s apartment.

“Superb location, great apartment, would use again.”
Superb apartment, good size, with one large bedroom and then another huge bed and fold out single in the living area. There are shutters on windows to make it blackout. Great heating / air con. 2 toilets and a shower cubicle and another shower head over bath (no curtain on that one though). However the host informs us bathrooms about to be renovated. Location was amazing, 2 min walk from Rialto food market and 4 min from bridge. Directly on grand canal with AMAZING views and not noisy.

“Beautiful house and beautiful view”
Everything in the house was very well thought out and all needs were met. The sheets, towels and the house were very clean. The location of the house was very good and the view was perfect. I think the house was even better than in the photos.

“Great canal side location in an old Venetian building.”
The owner of the property met the water bus we were travelling on and took us to the property personally. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us good tips about places to eat etc. The location of the property next to the Grand Canal was exceptional - we loved it!
