“Excellent stay”
We had an amazing stay at the hotel with Canal Grande room on ground floor . Spacious , neat and met with the friendliest staff that assisted us in the best possible way explaining amenities not just of the hotel but around the city too . Also , best location and near to train station too.

“Nice hotel to relax in Venice!”
The hotel is a boutique hotel with beautiful rooms, situated right on the canal where you can sit and enjoy nice views while you drink your coffee or aperitive. Also is extremely easy to go to the hotel from the train station. The staff is polite and very helpful.

“Language problems with some of the staff.”
3rd time staying at this hotel, had the same suite as last time. Wont be going back the ambience in the hotel has changed .

“Location, breakfast exceptional and staff so helpful”
Location was nice and quiet yet overlooking the Grand Canal. Railway terminal, bus station and water transport services very near which is important. Hotel has its own jetty so arriving in style is possible. Better end of the Grand Canal than the overcrowded St Marks sector. We had a balcony which was a huge bonus.

I love this hotel, it is a hidden gem, yes there are more expensive and yes there are more luxurious but this place is just excellent. It delivers on everything, bed breakfast, luxury, charm, the whole package.
