The host kindly accomodated my late arrival to handle me the keys. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment is cosy and large. Had everything we needed. The location is great (one stop to San Marco using the vaporetto).. we tried a few places both for breakfast and for dinner and they were all simple but nice.

The flat was clean, everything we needed was there, great view from the window, excellent location, pleasant landlady.

I wasn't expecting it to be so large and airy, enough space for three people. Everything was super clean, and the hostess was so charming. It's a little outside the city centre, but we wanted it that way.

The island of Guidecca is perfect. Far from the crowds but close to everything you need from shops to restaurants. Quick Vaporetto #2 ride to busy areas.

The location and surrounding was good. Easily accessible from the water taxi stop. Also had superstore nearby to get some eatables.

This was a brilliant location and incredible value for money. Lucia was delightful and the check-in in process seamless. So easy to pop across the canal to tourist Central but fabulous to head back to the calm & quiet

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s very spacious, spotlessly clean, and even better than the photos. Located in a quiet area with a beautiful sea view, it was perfect for our group of 7. Having three bathrooms with toilets was incredibly convenient. The location is also great — easily accessible by water bus and well-connected to the main island and other must-see places like Burano, Murano, and Lido. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to come back next time we visit Venice!

We were pleased with the well equipped kitchen. The area we stayed in was nice and quiet. Shops near by for breakfast essentials.

It was a perfect location with all facilities included. The hostess was very kind and allow us to bring the luggages earlier than check in time. The apartment is located close to Giudecca Zitelle vaporetto station and at 2 vaporetto station from Saint Marco. If you travel by vaporetto its easier to handle the schedule of vaporetto lines with app chebateo? We definitely comeback to this location and we will recommend to our friends!.

It was really comfortable, we liked the location. It was also clean. We didn't expect to have 3 bathrooms it was also very surprising and cool. I recommend it, especially for group of 4-6 people.
