Apart from all the benefits of accommodation, location and amenities, I wanted to note the service quality from the staff. From the first minutes of our stay, we felt welcomed, and assisted with any wishes we had. I was literally impressed by the attitude of the staff. Those guys really deserve a raise. Excellent staff with great recommendations of where to eat / visit etc. Hotel was clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Very willing to recommend local places to go for a drink and the breakfast was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. Loved the lounge for a drink before bed, also.

Loved the cosy feel and all the attention to detail. The linens and the finis witching the hotel were of a high standard. And the staff were exceptional! Thomas and Jojo and the other staff at the reception desk. And the two men who carried our bags too. The cleaning team too did a marvellous job with our rooms.

A delightfully characterful hotel in a beautiful location right next to the Santa Maria della Salute church. The staff were charming and friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. It's in a quieter part of Venice but very close to the Guggenheim and various water bus stops. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the hotel to others.

“Best Stay of My Life as a Long-Time Traveler”

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I chose it for our proposal weekend, and everything went perfectly. The decorations, style, and overall aesthetics of the place are absolutely on point. The attention to small details is incredible, from the ropes all around that match the boat theme and make you feel like you're on a boat, to the bird-shaped feet under the sofas. Every element, from the subtle details to the more obvious decorations, makes the place feel incredibly stylish, like something straight out of a magazine. The room itself was huge and included a private rooftop with a beautiful view of the surrounding canals as well as the Basilica della Salute. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating with everything. Always smiling, positive, and extremely helpful. They even took us by private boat to Murano Island and gave us a complimentary tour there. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious. The location is perfect, in Dorsoduro, just five minutes from San Marco while still remaining calm and peaceful. The bed, mattress, and sheets were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I even took note of the brands. There are probably many things I'm forgetting, but the place was simply perfect, a truly perfect boutique hotel where you immediately feel at home.

This is the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed! I love Ca Maria Adele, as it's so calming and the rooms are fabulous! The people are lovely, so happy and helpful. The food and wine is the best! I will definitely visit again.

“Exceptional Stay - a palace-like retreat, a perfect location and outstanding service!”

The hotel is beautiful and calling it a hotel doesn't do it justice. It felt like our own peaceful and very special palace! The location couldn't be better, just a few metres off the Grand Canal, but so quiet. Right by Salute vaporetto stop so really accessible to all the sights and as well as walking along the Zattere and to many quieter bars and restaurants. Communication was exceptional with immediate and helpful replies to everything I asked. We arrived around 11am and 2 rooms were ready! Drinks on arrival were much appreciated and set the tone for our stay. Delightful rooms, superb breakfasts, lots of terraces and sitting areas all made for a glorious stay. Such personal, charming and efficient service just raised the experience again. Thank you Marco, Fiore, Thomas and all the staff at this beautiful palace.

“Cozy getaway in Venice”

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location close to Basilica della Salute. Room was clean and with all the comforts, we even got upgraded to a room with a very cute terrace facing ‘La Giudecca’. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice.
