Fantastic location with some lovely small bars on the canal. Good location, yet out of the main hustle and bustle. Well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Good recommendations in the owners' literature.

Everything was perfect. This place is simply marvellous. The view was really stunning, the location was great, everywhere close. Academia Bridge or Zattere Quay was really close (there are also vaporetto stations). The apartment was very spacious, full of light, well equipped, stylish, nice old stone floor (I would recommend to bring slippers), lovely beams with lead lights, two sofas in the living room and a big doublebed in the bedroom. Kitchen with oven, stove, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, dolce gusto coffee machine (including capsules). Basic spice, suger, tea, soap, washing machine liquid, dishwasher gel also included. Washing machine with dryer, iron. The bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bathtub with changing lights, which we really enjoyed a lot. Thank you very much for this wonderful time. We can really recommend.

“A Place That Made Venice Feel Like Home”

The apartment is in a fantastic location, only a 2–3 minute walk from the Accademia vaporetto stop. The view from the window is wonderful — a medium-sized canal, a small bridge, and even gondolas passing by. It truly feels like Venice. The kitchen is well equipped with a four-burner stove, which made it easy to cook proper meals during our stay. After walking through the cool Venetian evenings of early spring, relaxing in the jacuzzi was simply perfect. This was my fourth time visiting Venice, one of the world’s most famous destinations, but this was the first time I felt that I could actually live here. This apartment made Venice feel like home.

The size and the extra furnishing pieces that made it very welcoming . The view over the canal was wonderfull and such interesting water traffic including daily work boats & gondolas, The location was excellent we walked every where. Special feature was the ease of departure with a water taxi from the front door to almost the entrance to the airport, just perfect.

First. Wonderful and most helpful hosts with this property. It’s a marvellous central location and only a minute walk from Academia water bus stop. Very nice views from the bedroom and lounge room windows. A large apartment, big bedroom and great bathroom. From Academia terminal you can get a water bus to just about anywhere. Certainly the most important places even to Murano, Burano and Lido islands not far away. If you have time visit these islands! I highly recommend purchasing a 1 day, 3 day or 7 day water bus pass depending on how many days you stay. Unlimited travel by bus, water bus or rail anywhere. We had 7 day passes and it was brilliant. Really simple to use, no queueing up, no delays.

We loved everything about it… the location was perfect, the flat was very comfortable, the bed, sofas, perfectly stocked kitchen and sumptuous bathroom. The triple aspect views were astonishing and very romantic. The neighbourhood is perfect and walking along the Zattere is a wonderful ‘seaside’ aspect to Venice alongside the world class sightseeing. The apartment building feels safe, neighbourly and exquisite. There are amazing bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. We very much hope to return. Plus attentive and five star hosting/check in. 👍👍

Very nice, spacious apartment. Very clean. The location was very convenient. Easy access to Vaporetto. Off the tourist track. Still, 15-20 minute walk to major attractions. There are many nice places to eat and drink mostly frequented by locals and students.

Excellent location with much to see and do in the Accademia area. Easy access from Marco Polo airport via bus and boat. Attentive host.

Great location. Just far enough from the beaten track but close enough to jump on water buses. Academia stop pretty close. Nice to have a canal view too. You're on the top floor so no noise. Very spacious apt.

Location was excellent. Apartment was well provided and good accessibility with a lift. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of space. Lovely canal views and a 5 minute walk to 2 different vaporetto stops. Good restaurants nearby or ability to cook at home too.

“Prime location, exceptional apartment”

Exceptional flat, very nicely decorated and with a location impossible to beat, with many great restaurants and bars at a walking distance. The bed was very comfy and the check-in procedure was very smooth. Andrea is also very helpful
