“Great location & value for money”

The owners/staff were very prompt in their communication and the location of the place is just great - 5 mins from St. Marks Square and Rialto bridge and the high street. The best was the balcony view we had of the gondolas and the canal down below.

Lovely personal touch being met and showed to the apartment. The apartment was great for a family, all the amenities, 2 bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Clean tidy but not impersonal, and the canal views were gorgeous. The host was very helpful sending us suggestions of places to go.

It’s a large apartment, very close to St Marks Square. The location on the canal, being at the intersection of another canal, was a bonus. The gondolas were nonstop through here, many with musicians and singers. Lovely! The kitchen was well equipped, had lots of dishes, glasses, etc and had a full sized dishwasher, so we didn’t have to spend much time cleaning up after every meal. There’s a very good (and affordable) grocery store nearby.

“Wonderful location in central Venice.”

The apartment is beautifully furnished, with chandeliers, rugs, bookcases, etc., and is located in an amazing spot that is convenient to get to sites, to meander through Venice and wander across the smaller canals, seeing gondolas everywhere, and to get to restaurants and shops. It is amazing to be able to see the gondoliers and gondolas below, from the very narrow balcony, and to hear the musicians on the gondolas. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Loved everything about the place. It was spacious, clean and tidy, rooms and toilets were big enough. All the amenities in the house were working most especially the air conditioning unit.
