Property is in the best possible location, very quiet peaceful area but still very close to the centre! Beds were comfy and apartment was fully equipped!

The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-organized. We had a very pleasant stay overall. The only small issue was the mosquitoes, which were a bit bothersome. Of course, I understand that this is quite common in Venice 😊, but it would be great if there were mosquito repellents or window screens available. 🥰

The apartment was beautiful and nicely located in a quiet residential area but close to the water bus and train easy access to the tourist areas. The host was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us locate a lost backpack.

“Very nice and spacious apartment”

The apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is right near the Fondamente boat station which made it easy to transit to and from the Venice Central station for people travel with luggages. It is outside the usual touristic areas, but also has nice and pretty alley ways, cute bridges and lots of local restaurants. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to any center places and we also took advantage of the daily boat pass (25 euro/day) for unlimited rides around the city. The owner Luca is very nice and accommodating. Thanks.

Very nice, spacious, cozy apartment, near to St Mark's square and Rialto.

I chose this place because of its easy access from the airport; its proximity to places where we could enjoy quality food without paying exorbitant prices; and its location in an area away from the city crowds but where we could feel its spirit. We arrived in 50 minutes by Allilaguna from the airport. Our host, Luca – kind, friendly, and talkative – met us at the dock and escorted us home. The house is a 3-minute walk from the Fondamante Nove docks; this made things easier for us with 2 children and a large suitcase. If you are planning to visit the islands of Burano and Murano like we did, you will also use these station that are close to the house. The house was stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and bathroom (from spare toilet paper and soap to coffee and spices...). The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. We reached St. Mark's Square on foot in about 18-20 minutes, but the streets are so beautiful that you never realize how time flies. We especially thank the host, Luca, for all the information and tips he gave us about the city. Venice is a magical city in my opinion, and this house is a very comfortable option for accommodation. I definitely recommend it.

Great location just outside the main expensive touristy area but only 10 minute walk to centre. Easy to get to from Piazzale Roma parking via water taxi. Luca met us at the dock and walked us to apartment and was very accommodating with suggestions of places to eat and an insiders guide of where to not pay overpriced tourist prices. Lots of space opposed to small hotel rooms for a family of 4, washing machine and dryer was great and partly why I chose to stay here after being on the road and in hotels for quite a few days. Bed and pillows were brilliant!

“Definitely not a luxury stay”

Easy access from Marco Polo airport. Great comms with the landlord and him taking an extra step to meet us on arrival. Detailed information about the apartment and things around. Location was good. We’ve got extended hour to check out next day and could keep our luggage at the premises for the entire day after the check out. This was a massive bonus.
