Overview
This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. BW Premier Collection CHC Continental is set in a 15th-century historic building right on the Grand Canal. It offers beautiful views and a central location, 2 minutes' walk from Santa Lucia Train Station. Rooms feature elegant décor and parquet floors. All air-conditioned, each one has satellite TV. Some overlook the canal. The on-site restaurant also has canal views. You can enjoy a hot and cold buffet breakfast in the morning. In the evening, Venetian specialities as well as international dishes are served, accompanied by a wide selection of wines. Staying at Hotel Continental means you have easy access around Venice with the Vaporetto (water bus) stop only a few metres away. Public parking at Piazzale Roma is 10 minutes away on foot.

Lovely bright room on fourth floor. Excellent location close to railway station and on the Grand Canal. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Staff very helpful and terrace over the canal superb.

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. We had a fantastic meal in the evening overlooking the canal. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Location. Room with canal view. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant also served good food but was understaffed on the Saturday night we stayed.

The room had a lovely view, windows on 2 sides overlooking the canal. Very nice cichetti selection for lunch. Very good breakfast. Restaurant staff were lovely. Great location - close to the station, not too crowded.

The first day we arrived, one of the staff members greeted us with offensive words, which he said in front of my daughter-in-law, I am very offended.
