“Very friendly host. Sent us tips on where to visit and met us off the ferry to show us around the apartment.”
Fantastic location. Close to water bus and within walking distance of major attractions. Away from the really busy tourist areas. Supermarket and restaurants close by.

Quite a nice apartment and located in an excellent spot for exploring Venezia. It's well equipped. It was away from busy areas so it was nice to sleep without any noise from the street at night. Alice who met me for check in was very kind and got me sorted with everything at the apartment.

“Marcella provides a great service and is very quick to respond to messages. She gave us great tips and information upon”
The apartment was a great space for two people and a had all the amenities needed. We ate out so other than the use of the kettle not much else was used however having said that the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, utensils and cutlery. It was close to the water taxis and Marcella gave us plenty of information about getting around and tips on tickets.

“Great location for exploring Venice”
Extremely helpful host. Well equipped, clean, modern apartment Lovely, quiet location close to nearest vaporetto stop and around 15 minutes walk to Rialto and St Marks. Good restaurants and convenience store nearby. Recommended - would definitely return.

It is in a great location and the apartment is nice and large. It's a bit dark inside but that's true of many houses in Venice. The owner communication was excellent.
