The host is very friendly, and the apartment is located next to the Giardini, surrounded by trees, which makes the area calm and relaxing. To reach San Marco, it is best to take a vaporetto, as walking there takes about 40 minutes.

Nicoletta is a great host - very helpful, responsive and understanding. The place is ideally located (for us) - in Venice itself with great access to vaporettos, but further out, a little away from the hustle & bustle of the tourist center. The flat was spotlessly clean, and had everything needed (good wifi, cooking ustensils & cutlery, etc.) The decoration is in 70s style, but well looked after. We would be very happy to return on our next visit.

Location in a very calm neighborhood close to a park and sport appliances for children and youth. Very nice all along the coast to San Marco. The owner was extremely nice, warm and cooperative. The apartment is furnished in old style, attractive for us. We did have a good time definitely.
