The location is extremely charming, we were immerse in a pine tree park with a view on the Laguna. The b&b was very spacious, had everything we needed and was very nicely furnished.

“I would recommend to anyone to stay as the whole experience of the city is much more calm and peaceful. And reaching any”
Hotel is located in the most green area of the island. It is more peaceful than the rest, very few tourists so one can really relax after a long day near the most touristy areas.

The appartment was in very beautiful area with big park front of the building. The transport stop was near the appartment. They pass a lot of line to the center of the city and the near areas.

Thank you for a great stay. The location was very convenient. Walking distance to the center and in a quiet part of the city. The flat is gorgeous, nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable and it is nice to have a kitchen if you would like to cook. The host was super friendly and helpful.

The place had a wonderful atmosfere, it was beautiful, antique and carefully designed. The staff was friendly, the self-service breakfast was a really convenient solution and good value for money. It was very close to the Biennale of Architecture facilities, so it was a perfect place to stay for the Biennale. The neigbourhood was green and very pleasant.

The property was in a lovely quiet location but close to transport to get all around Venice. The host was very help and informative, nice little breakfast options and snacks. The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable bed shower worked well. Happy with our stay in Venice.

Very bohemian building, with classical furniture, large and comfortable room with a wonderful view. The host was extremely gentle, kind, and was available for whatever we needed. Breakfast was nicely organised, with a wide variety of products. The location is great, with easy access to the historical center (approx. 15 min walk), also near a park and good restaurants.

“BB Venezia was a perfect stay, and I can't wait to return.”
The breakfasf was generous and the dining room was always accessible, this was a great touch. The host was impressively kind, helpful and responsive. The hospitality exceeded my expectations and I was delighted to have such an ideal hotel during my trip to Venezia.

“Beautiful location and comfortable room”
The location is perfect. Tranquil but with amenities close by including some fab restaurants. The room was nicely decorated in a traditional style and comfortable especially with the much needed aircon. The host made efforts to provide a continental breakfast. We self checked in due to arriving late from airport and this was explained well with no issues.

“The whole stay was lovely. Roberto is very pleasant. We absolutely adored the surroundings.”
We absolutely loved the area. The nearby restaurants were amazing. Vecia Gina pizza is the best I`ve had and as we were close, we just stopped there several times during our stay. I also loved the area around Arsenale di Venezia.

Room was with high dealing make it more Venetian with chandelier. Little kitchen was nice to kick of the day
