“Perfect stay in beautiful Venice”

An absolutely lovely apartment in a great location in walking distance from the main sights. Unfortunately we didn't manage to meet the hosts Ariana & Luca, but they were incredibly flexible, communicative and available and made us feel very welcome and well cared for, prior to and during our stay. Ariana also gave us great tips and ideas for Venice, like e.g. the amazing Palazzo Grimani, just a short walk away. The apartment is super clean, comfy and spacious, we thoroughly enjoyed coming "home" there every evening. The little attentions were a nice add-on, in short, we loved it there! 😃 Don't hesitate, just book it, you won't regret it!

Absolutely fantastic! We have stayed in many places in Venice, but this was the best. Apartment with a great location and everything we needed for a week. Many small touches (coffee pads, cooking basics, and some welcome snacks). Very quiet at night. Super helpful and friendly host. We'll be back!

Wow, this place really does deserve its 10/10 rating. This room is a modern little haven nestled away in historic Venice. It is such a quaint, cute room with a beautiful energy. Very romantic. The bed was large and comfortable, room well heated, quiet and an amazing bathroom. What surprised and impressed me where the little things the host put effort into, such as leaving little chocolates and treats, leaving milk, juice and bread. There was a fridge, kettle, water jug and coffee machine. It was such a nice place to stay, it was very quiet which is important for a light sleeper like me. Not too many stairs. Easy to access. Just perfect really. I was surprised how large and modern the room was and the bathroom and bed where very good. The host had really prepared well. I take my hat off to them. They have created a wonderful space and I thank them for it. After my stay in Florence wasnt very good, it was such a relief to have this accommodation in Venice. It took the stress away and it is nice to be able to come back to a perfect hotel room after a long day of walking. The wifi worked well and there was plenty of space. The host was responsive on Whatsapp and helped answer any questions I had.

Location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom and kitchen area. Excellent communication with the hosts as well as a few treats in the apartment upon arrival which was a very nice touch!

“A lovely stay in the heart of Venice”

Excellent location, friendly and communicative hosts, and a lovely room. Arianna and Luca made contact with us well in advance of our stay to provide us with thorough and comprehensive instructions on how to find the property. A couple of days in advance, they each messaged me individually to provide some further information (including in respect of forms we needed to fill out on arrival) and also to inform us about how to claim exemption to a newly implemented Venice tax. They’re really lovely hosts, who go well out of their way to ensure that the stay is comfortable and seamless. Amenities in the room are good (including coffee machine and snacks), and the private bathroom in our room was great.

Great location, just 10 minutes walk to St Peter’s Square, Rialto Bridge and 2 minutes to Campo Santa Maria Formosa. Lovely top floor apartment, good size kitchen, dining area and bedroom with plenty of storage space, great bathroom, and spotless throughout. Also has a lovely balcony, with table and chairs, which gets the sun most of the day. Our hosts Aria and Luce were amazing, nothing too much for them, left us a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us, plenty of nibbles as well. I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough.

I had a wonderful stay at Aria e Luce in Venice! The room was beautifully designed, well-furnished, and spotlessly clean. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was a great plus. The hotel is located in a quiet area, providing a peaceful atmosphere, yet it is also in an excellent spot for exploring the city. What truly made my experience special were the amazing hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the best things was the detailed guide they provided on how to get to the hotel—it was clear, well-prepared, and made my arrival much easier. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, great hospitality, and a fantastic location!

“The place to stay when visiting Venice!”

Everything!! Very well set apartment, everything was set to detail. You will be able to spend a cozy night in and cook (and save some money on the expensive Venezian restaurants) The owners left us a welcome pack with some toast, jam, butter and milk for our first breakfast. They were very hands on and very responsive to everything. Very much recommend!!
