The hotel’s team is very friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure to have stayed at this place. The breakfast has everything necessary for a good start of the day: coffee, tea, eggs, vegetables, fruit, cheese, jams, a good variety of pastries etc. Highly recommended by my family)

The staff were absolutely brilliant! From the minute we checked in, each person we dealt with was super friendly and keen to share information about Venice and where we should go. They were all lovely. Aside from the staff, our room was delightful, super comfy and a great place to rest after a long day exploring the beautiful island of Venice and surrounds.

Location was great. Close to train station and also grand canal. Beautiful furnishings, especially in lounge and bar/breakfast area. Nicely furnished room. Excellent shower and nice touch with robes and slippers (deluxe room). Fantastically,helpful and accommodating staff! What an asset to the hotel.

Property was delightful, you could easily miss it from the outside! Once inside, it’s quite lovely and comfortable.

Everything was just perfect and calm. Hotel staff was always helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good and a perfect for slow morning.

Breakfast was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful, especially the people at the reception, always greeting you and making sure you are ok. The bed, I’ve never slept on a bed so comfortable, same with the pillows. The room was very clean and we did not miss anything. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is placed in the best location from Venice, not too far from the train/bus station (10 min walk) and also close enough (20 min walk max) to the main landmarks.

Location was great, there was nothing more to ask for at the breakfast buffet - a very good spread! There was a selection and hot and cold drinks in the room. The staff on reception were great with tips and recommendations, and would follow up on any requests immediately - very welcoming 😀. Couldn't comment on the air conditioning as we didn't use it, although the heating was very effective.

Can not fault my stay, the room was nice and spacious, bathroom is on the small side though but still very usable. The comfiest bed I have had after a week of travelling in Italy! Breakfast was included in my stay and they had a large range. The staff were lovely and spoke english. Offer a map upon check in and gave some wonderful recommendations on where to sight see and how to get from A to B. 10 minute walk from the train station and only over one bridge. Located around restaurants. And about a 30min walk to San Macro so it was less busy. The staff offered to hold my bag while I did a tour on check out day, and offered ammenties to freshen up before leaving which was very kind. Robes are a nice touch!
