“The terrace was the highlight”

Location, staff and room were all excellent. The hotel has a water taxi collection and drop off which made life so much easier. The terrace is the best for having drinks and watching the people and boats go by. The staff organised our airport transfers to and from the airport and was seamless. The staff were always helpful, the bar was great and the location was 5 mins to St Mark's square and 4 mins to Rialto so perfect!! The room was spotless and everything catered for. Would definitely stay here again.

All was perfect! The location, personnel, quality of food, cleanness of the room was extremely good. The interiors was very nice and attractive. The location on the channel allows to come to the hotel by water taxi directly, it is a big advantage for Venice. I'll definitely will stay again there

This is one of the best 4-star hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were amazing and friendly and couldn't do enough for everyone. The location couldn't have been better. Our room was luxurious and so beautiful. It was just a magnificent and majestic place!

Everything was perfect, especially the staff. The room was quiet et very clean. The breakfast was very good, and not expensive. Very nice stay !

Aqua palace was central both to Rialto bridge and st Marco square. The staff were a pleasure as they were so helpful and always nice. Room was kept so well. Breakfast was good.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel in a great location. 5 min walk to the square and 10 min to the Grand Canal. The room was beautiful and very quiet and a nice comfy bed. The staff is friendly and especially the woman at the breakfast service was incredible. The breakfast is also really good value for money. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a beautiful hotel in a great location!

Amazing, the hotel was beautifully furnished stunning and in keeping with the spirit of Venice. The room was completely comfortable for the three of us (two children and one adult) it’s also located in the heart of Venice so location wise it’s perfect.
