Was in the perfect location. In a quiet street with its own access to the Venice canals offering a private courtyard but only one street away from the Main Street with all the shops etc. The rooms were large, beds and pillows super comfortable and there was always someone at reception available for all your needs.

A special shoutout to Ofelia and Fulvia, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more memorable. They were incredibly helpful during the booking process, guided us when we arrived, and saw us off with such a warm and thoughtful goodbye. Their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The Apartment is located in a very convenient location, very close to local attractions!

She was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with everything from recommending places to eat to helping us issue tickets for the water taxi. We arrived later than expected and the host was so accommodating and facilitated a late pick up of keys. A family member was ill during our stay and the host organized doctor to visit the apartment promptly. She couldn't have been more hospitable during our stay.

“A gem in the midst of Venetian busy-ness”

The location. Its behind a busy street, yet its very quiet. And when we walked the other way, we reached the stop for airport shuttle. The place was very clean and beds were very comfortable with extra pillows. The staff arranged for earlier check-in too!
