The apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated. I felt comfortable and safe here. The location is amazing with beautiful views onto a canal and a short walk to both a vaporetto and an Alilaguna (airport waterbus) stop. You can also walk to San Marco in 15 minutes. The street is super quiet and charming. I had a great week staying here.

Close to all atractions but in quiet street.. Flat ir big for venice, 2 seperate rooms, good contitioner, good fridge. ,, balcony,, is window. 1person can fit its buttock on pillow and enjoy view.

Communication with the host was great - very responsive with suggestions on how to get there and places to see. The accommodation was in the perfect location for getting around. Kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had everything necessary with a view out to the canal. Would highly recommend A+

Perfect base for any couple visiting Venice. Quiet canal view location with just a very short 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The apartment was clean with very lovely Venetian decor touches.

“Perfect Venetian Getaway”

This place is even better than it looks online. We had hoped to find a nice place to use as a base to explore Venice and this was exactly that. Beautifully styled, perfect location, quiet, comfortable and every little thing thought about. We couldn’t have found a more perfect spot. Ms Nadia was so helpful and check in was smooth and easy. If we return to Venice, we will book to stay here again.

I loved this place- so much detail and charm. The neghborhood so quiet and quaint yet full of character. It was a dream come true. Everything worked and the key pickup was prompt and professional.

The apartment is centrally located, near to Rialto but very calm.

While I appreciate the effort to accommodate us, I encountered several issues that affected the overall experience: Cleanliness: Plates, forks, and other utensils were not clean, and the dishwasher had not been run prior to our arrival. Comfort: The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely firm, making it hard to rest well. Size and Facilities: The property felt smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was a bit disappointing. Bathroom: The bathroom facilities were subpar, with low water pressure that made it inconvenient to use. Communication: The person who received us had limited English skills, which made it difficult to communicate effectively. Overall, the experience could have been better with improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and communication. I hope these points will be addressed to enhance the stay for future guests.

The apartment was beautifully presented and in a perfect location. We were met by the host that gave us the keys in person. Lovely lady. It was close to everything and not far to walk to go to San Marco and Rialto Bridge.
