“A comfortable, convenient emmersion into a relaxed and immersive Venetian stay.”
The features, the location, the relaxed feel, the atmosphere and sounds of living in Venice, the young Lady who welcomed us and presented the apartment to us was top shelf. My family and I stayed at hotels from 3-5 star on Venice and this apartment beats them all hands down for the 3 of us… Communication was prompt, and accurate I can not say how much we loved it here… except to say we will be back…. Thank you and a big 5 stars….

“Very well located apartment - close to all sights and facilities of San Marco”
Very well located and reasonably quiet guy or central location. Manager/owner met us at front door and was pleasant. Master bedroom comfortable size. Both bedrooms have small en-suites.

“Definitely recomended”
Apartment is nicely renovated with good taste. Bathroom supplies, kitchen appliances, cleanliness are all super. It ls 5 min walk to St Marco square, 3 min walk to Vaperottos to go to airport/ train station and Murano. Right around the corner, there are many cafes and restaurants

Fantastic location that is right next to San Marco. Also near the docks for the waterbuses from the train station and to the airport. Luca who greeted us was very nice and warm. Apartment was very clean and well lit with all the necessary amenities.

Excellent apartment fully set up and comfortable - best we’ve had across Italy. Great bathroom and kitchen. Brilliant location right behind the doge’s palace and very quiet. Owner Luca was great and helpful and let us back in at short notice after we forgot our passports in the room safe!! Highly recommend.

“LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!”
Just metres from the Bridge of Sighs, the very busy St Mark's square, and the chaos of the Grand Canal, with San Zaccharia vaporetta stop a short walk away, also the stop for the Murano ferry. But quiet at night. A light, bright large apartment. Well equipped, although a few extra teabags would have been appreciated. Clean. I really enjoyed my stay here, and felt very safe (solo female) Would happily stay here again.
