You can hear loading noises from the street and delivery boats from as early as 7:00 a.m. If you are a light sleeper, it would be a good idea to bring or prepare earplugs.

“The perfect place to stay!”

The property was absolutely beautiful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, only 5 mins walk from the water taxi from the airport. It was in a slightly quieter area but still only 5 mins walk to the main streets and attractions. The staff went above and beyond, even messaging me to inform me of the public transport strikes and the best way to get to the hotel. If I am to return I would 100% book this hotel again.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, easily reachable by foot or by thr Vaporetto system. The hotel was nice and quiet.

“Perfect holiday”

The location was perfect; we were able to reach the accommodation directly by water taxi. It was on a quiet side street. COOP, restaurants, the Rialto Bridge, and other sights are nearby. The accommodation was beautifully clean and well-furnished. Aleksandra was happy to help us whenever we needed it.

We loved the location overlooking a canal in an area full of local people. Our room was comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Good size shower. Very friendly staff especially Betty who checked us in. We used the balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view and passing gondolas. Lots of choice for breakfast.Only 6 rooms,, all on the ground floor. Close to all the main sites and lots or restaurants around.

“One of the best stays I have experienced”

When you book a room, you expect three basic things - clean and comfy rooms, a good breakfast and approachable staff. And this stay had it all! The rooms were very nicely done and had a really pretty decor, the breakfast albeit simple was splendid, the reception was very warm and welcoming despite the language barriers between us. Nothing over the top but the thought put into their service shows they really care about their customers. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay!

“Lovely small hotel”

The room was literally spotless, everywhere was super clean and the following days cleanings were perfect again. It was small because I have booked a single room, but comfortable enough for the solo traveler unless travelling with a large suitcase. The hotel had everything needed and all the people I met were very welcoming and supportive. Equipped with a modern bathroom. Hot water/tea/coffee machine self service at the dining area was very helpful when I come back from cold outside. The location was also good, a few minutes from the vaporetto station 'Ca' d'or ' and close to the Coop supermarket. Another vaporetto stop which takes to Murano/Burano islands were also walking distance.

Alla Vite Dorata is a wonderful place to stay in Venice. It’s located on a quiet dead-end street, so the area feels peaceful and calm. We were welcomed by Nicola, who explained everything clearly, shared helpful tips, and was extremely friendly. The room was very cozy, with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and even Netflix available. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. Breakfast was delicious, and you can enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the canal — a perfect start to the morning. We were especially touched by the amazing brownie and the bottle of Prosecco they gifted my wife for her birthday. A truly thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Venice!

“Beautiful maintained, welcoming and great location in quiet neighbourhood without being in the middle of the tourist tra”

The location is central, strolling distance to all the key landmarks yet the hotel is itself on a quiet end street, and I was given a room directly on the canal. The staff were really friendly, and since there was no booking for my room the next day, they even let me keep my luggage and room until lunchtime when I was to take the Alilaguna to the airport. My room was spacious, warm (even though it freezing cold and raining the last two days before).
