“Lovely Apartment, Lovely Hosts”
A lovely friendly host with a spacious and well cared for apartment with all the amenities we needed, with the extras provided greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and quality linen on the bed and in the bathroom. The location was perfect being only a 2 minute walk to the ferry to get to all the attractions of Venice, train station and surrounds and the nearest supermarket only a few minutes away. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been a toaster for our breakfast.

Great location with easy access to the ferries for everything. Supermarket and restaurants were close. Apartment was stylishly decorated and exceptionally well appointed. Prompt communication with managers who also provided helpful tips, recommendations and advice. Would highly recommend.

Being met at the ferry. Excellent arrival instructions. Extra attention to detail. Spacious. Well organised storage room was a bonus. Stylish furnishings. Added extras. Close to the ferry.

“Very enjoyable stay, fantastic apartment which provides everything you need and more.”
Communication from booking was excellent and took the stress out of the airport run and how to navigate around Venice. The host arranged a private taxi (which was amazing), met us near the apartment where the boat docked and walked us to the property. We were shown around and handed the keys. Everything you need was in the apartment, felt like a home away from home.

The best BnB we have stayed in. The location was excellent. A very clean and modern home away from home. Easy access to water taxis, restaurants and groceries. The hosts were exceptional! Very accomodating and very responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this apartment and will be back to stay again soon.

“A perfect stay... absolutely love this apartment”
A beautiful location, I would thoroughly recommend staying in Giudecca rather than in venice itself. 2 Mins to the water taxi stop, a slower pace of life, but everything you need on your door step.. and restaurants a lot cheaper than in central venice. Apartment was beautiful, cozy, quiet and homely. Spotlessly clean and the hosts were lovely!
