Very pretty and small hotel perfectly located in Venice. Our room was beautiful and had a view out onto a Canal. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location was great . The view of the room was fantastic . Anna responded to a message very quickly, and send me more information about Venice . The room was clean and very big. Every morning you could make an espresso and have the biscuits available at the hotel it was delicious .

The rooms were large and spacious, the bed was enormous and very comfortable. The shower was great and the bathroom clean and modern. It was in a fantastic location just off San Polo, which is a nice quiet area, with great bars and restaurants, near the main tourist area but without the crowds. Fantastic central location for walking to any part of Venice. Host was very helpful and gave us lots of Venice top tips, and also travel info from airport to the apartment. There was a coffee machine and kettle with tea and coffee just outside the room, which was nice early in the morning. Great for couples or friends.

Great location verry close to SAN MARCO recommended to everyone

Everything was clean, they leave you some amenities outside. It is very quiet and calm. There is a close vaporetto station nearby, which was good when moving.

It was a great experience. We stayed with my family and we really liked the apartment; it was very clean, and the owner provided coffee and biscuits. The room was very big, and the decoration felt special. It is clear that the owner has carefully prepared the apartment. Also the housekeeper was very helpful and answered all our questions very kindly. I definetely recommend this apartment.

It had a very comfortable bed. The location was close to the train station and major destinations. The owner answered all of my questions including where to get a good gondola ride. Would recommend!
