Location was very good, it was easy to walk everywhere. Restaurants were close and nice. The staff were super nice and helpful. Room was cleaned every day and it was possible to get tea or coffee any time during the day.

Quiet, modernised old building, really central for getting around, just off a lovely square with a couple of nice restaurants. Clean room and well-equipped. Breakfast simple but very nice. GREAT coffee.

Cute small hotel that was clearly quite recently renovated. Great location with walking distance from Piazzale Roma and all the sights, but in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Staff was really friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect — from the delicious breakfast to the spotless room and beautiful, comfortable bed linen. The staff were attentive, caring, and very professional. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and both the hotel and the room were very clean. The bathroom was well equipped with basic toiletries and accessories, including slippers. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is not very extensive, but everyone can find something they like. In the afternoon, the hotel offers coffee, tea, and small snacks, which is a nice touch. The location is ideal — about a 20-25-minute walk from Piazzale Roma and within walking distance of most attractions. The hotel is located right next to Campo San Polo, but on a side street, so it is quiet and peaceful.

“it was nice to rest there after a long walk”
clean comfortable room, it was nice to rest there after a long walk, slept well, comfortable bed and pillows. Delicious breakfast (especially coffee, there were: eggs, pastries, various spreads, cheese, sausage, fruits), the staff is kind, at my request they brought an iron and ironing board.
