Excellent location close to the train station, with a Coop supermarket nearby. The apartment was well equipped, quiet, and comfortable, with helpful information provided to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Would happily stay again.

Our host met us at the station to take us to the apartment and was very thorough with explaining everything and areas to visit. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable.

Our host, Peppo, was born in Venice, so he was able to provide us with a wealth of useful and valuable local information on how to make the most of our time in the city. The apartment was located in a relatively quiet area, close to the train station, yet still only about a 20-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. The apartment fully met the needs of our family with two children. It was extremely well-equipped, cozy, and comfortable — we would gladly return anytime.

“A lovely apartment in local Venice”

Simone sent travel information i.e mode of trandportation from airport to his apartment days before our arrival. On our day of arrival he checks to make sure we are okay. At his apartment he gave tips on how to visit Venice, where to eat, etc... With so much valuable info, our trip is more memorable

The location was great. Owner of the apartment very nice and helpful with recommendations what to see and how to get there.

Check in was smooth. Apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything needed for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers. Simone is a great host, offering lots of information about Venice. A great place to stay.

Loved the location, close to water taxi stop and shops and cafes. Very clean apartment, nice breakfast options and coffee. Host provided extensive information about venice and food options. Being on ground floor very easy to access with luggage.
