“Loved every second of my 10 days at VBV , wish I could have stayed longer”
Room 10 was only 15ft from the pool , spent most of my time in the awesome pool, Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly

“Superb.”
Everything about Venice beach Villas was fantastic. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Ken was an excellent host and tour guide. Location was fantastic, 5 mins walk to beach and 5 mins walk to bars, restaurants and shops.

“Absolutely Brilliant..”
All the staff at Venice Beach Villas were very helpful and polite. The Villas were as stated in the details and with extras such as free bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for children, cool boxes for the beach and sand shifters to help search for sharks teeth. I also found the laundry very helpful as we had just spent 10 days on the road driving part of Route 66. This is a great place to stay, I think we were here the longest at 10 days, some people only seemed to stay for a few days. Pool was never busy but warm to swim in. Many thanks.

“Perfect stay hope to return”
Location perfect,friendly staff,had everything needed and more,free use of bikes chairs and cooler boxes for the beach,Ken was very welcoming gave advice on area and local beaches etc showed us around property we arrived very early but within an hour our room was ready.loved our time here and would highly recommend

Great location near downtown Venice. So many shops within walking distance. Having access to do laundry and plenty of things to borrow for the beach was very convenient. Found a lot of great shark teeth at the beaches. Room was well kept and clean when I arrived. Ken was great in coordinating everything for me for check in.

“See under what we liked and did not like !”
Not much. My wife and I stayed at this old and damp resort from 2nd November until 17th November. We had nothing but trouble. First of all, the tvs in the our apartment (unit3) did not work and we had cable engineers coming in and out of our apartment for many days trying to get them working. There was no wardrobe in the bedroom, only a rail in a very small alcove in another part of the apartment. The resort is about 70 years old and damp which made the clothes damp. In fact, there is a can of something or other in the apartment that apparently helps with damp. There was always a damp smell. After struggling through the first week, on Saturday 9th November when we got back to the apartment at about 5 pm we found most of the apartment under water. The management were called and we were taken to a hotel for the night which meant taking some of our personal possessions (including insulin for my wife who is type 1 diabetic) with us which was very inconvenient. The next day we were put into another apartment (unit 1) and stayed there until 13th November. We were then told that we could go back to our original apartment as the leak had been repaired. We were not keen on going back to our original apartment but we had no option as nothing else at the resort was available. All this disruption ruined our holiday and some of our clothes were soiled and shoes ruined.

“Amazing...stay here!”
Located in a quiet, tree-lined area, within an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. 40mins walk to Venice fishing pier. The large room had everything we needed, large fridge, microwave/oven. The pool was clean, and we had the added bonus of free bike hire, and access to laundry facilities (free detergent but coins needed for machines). We loved staying at Venice beach villas and would thoroughly recommend it.
