Overview
Located off Interstate-75, this all-suite hotel is 15 minutes’ drive from the Venice city centre and Venice Beach. It features an outdoor pool and spacious suites with a flat-screen cable TV. A microwave, mini-fridge and coffee-making facilities are standard in every modern suite at the Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites. All suites have a seating area and include free Wi-Fi. A full, hot daily breakfast is served is served at the Venice Best Western Plus Suites. The on-site gift shop also has snacks and drinks for purchase. Free access to the gym and business centre is provided to all guests of the Best Western Plus. Parking is also free on site. The Venice Golf Club is 3 miles from the hotel. Central Sarasota and Siesta Key are 30 minutes’ drive north.

“Fabulous”
We had the option to upgrade to a King Suite shortly before we travelled and we took advantage of it as it was not very expensive. It turned out to be a wise decision as the room was exceptional! Basically it was 2 ordinary rooms coverted to a suite so it was huge. We had a small kitchenette with a dining table and a large living room to relax and watch TV. The bedroom was huge, the bed was huge and we were very happy with our choice. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The only downside was that using butter from the fridge was a nightmare - some of it should be left out for those who prefer an easier spread!

My third stay at the hotel. Special shout out to GM Anna and the front desk night attendant (a young man, unfortunately I don’t have the name) for their professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor, as well as to the breakfast lady for her friendly and attentive service.

Nice size clean room, comfy bed, a lot of pillows what really appreciated. Quite, close to hwy 75 to get anywhere. And very important for us: hotel gas complimentary coffee, and pretty good one.
