Lovely quiet area but still quick access to ferry terminal. Breakfast offering good, shower and hairdryer in room of good standard. They kept our bags securely after check out for collection later

Overall loved the place. The decoration is beautiful, location perfect if you take the ferry, staff is super friendly and the breakfast is amazing. Super easy to get to Venice everyday and there's also a beach nearby if you want to explore Lido. Would definetely stay there again.

“Quiet Villa in great location”

Very cute Villa at the Lido. Great location, only a few steps to the Ferry station to Venice and a few steps to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly, took time to explain everything and helped us with our questions. The facilities were well equipped. There were even some bikes to rent for a good price. We were suprised by the breakfast buffet and the quality of it. Only small, but everything you need and authentic italian. For us, it was also important to escape the masses of people and noices of Venice, so the quiet neighbourhood was perfect. We really felt at home! Thank you Martina and Team

“Lovely old villa renovated in Lido.”

Location is great close to the main road of Lido and the traghetto station. Fantastic breakfast comfortable breakfast room. Bedroom under roof was in great renovated state with cleaning every day.

Amazing stay in a beautiful, quiet location with a very relaxed Italian atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, check-out even easier, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and spoke English well. They also gave helpful advice about transfers (and what app to use to navigate the public transport) and were always open to questions. The room was not huge, but it had everything we needed: very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed with enough pillows and blankets, safe, fridge, good storage, AC, thick curtains (not fully black out but worked good enough for us), and a lovely small terrace area attached to the room that made a big difference. We also really enjoyed the afternoon tea there. Breakfast was excellent and always on time. A big plus was the coffee, freshly prepared by a barista instead of from a machine. It was also nice to have the option to sit outside on the shaded terrace. Parking spots and luggage storage were very convenient as well.

A very pleasant, quite place with a good location. The vaporetto is just a few minute walk away. Alessandro pays close attention to his guest, and the atmosphere is truly welcoming. Delicious breakfast, good coffee. I highly recommend this place.

Great location, very quiet and close to Lido's main street and waterbus hub. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Comfortable stay, excellent breakfast”

Cristina and Alessandro were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. We booked a budget room for our stay, which was great for us as not spending a lot of time in the room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine and everything was spotlessly clean. Topped off with an excellent breakfast, super coffee, there is nothing to dislike. This was our second stay here and we would not hesitate to stay again

“Excellent stay with super helpful and friendly staff”

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and good location. The property is beautiful, nice oldish style, room was clean and comfy.

Besides being a classic building with character we also really enjoyed and appreciated the breakfast buffet with a really nice variety and served up and ran by the owner.

“A perfect place to stay when experienceing Venice!”

Wonderful hotel on the less busy island Lido in Venice. Perfect for a family stay, with just a few minutes walk to the Vaporetto (boat buses) to central vencie and Burano/Murano, and maybe 10 minutes slow walk to the free public beach. The breakfast buffe was amazing, and the staff was very accomodating, professional and could find solutions to all our questions (luggage storage for the last day after checkout and print train tickets was no problem at all). Lots of restaurants close by, and located at a very calm street. Will most definitely return!

We all loved the location and quiet area that this Villa is located in. Five minute walk from the transport hub. Excellent facilities and lovely, helpful staff. Great breakfast and superb coffee. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. We would highly recommend Villa Casanova.
