We loved absolutely everything! The staff was amazing, and we want to give special thanks to Tamara. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive — she told us about all the best local spots and made us feel truly welcome. Without her, our trip wouldn’t have been nearly as smooth and enjoyable. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. Our room was spotless and well-equipped: comfy beds, air conditioning, a safe, beach towels — everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole place has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Tamara’s attention to guests and her local advice made a huge difference. We give this place 100 out of 10 — absolutely recommend it! Thank you, Tamara, and thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is in a quiet location, perfect for us, and an easy walk to many restaurants and amenities. Secure as we were given our own gate and door keys. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely outdoor breakfast area, regularly 23rd-stocked and very communal. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nicely situated on quiet street 200 metres from main avenue.

I liked it very much. The location is good, the vaporetto station is nearby, the beach is nearby. Еverything is nearby.

Nice breakfast in the garden. Very quiet part of lido. Close to the beach and not so far from the center and water busses. Neat and tidy.

Location was fine. Checkin was very confusing as no one on site at expected time of arrival and had to make several phonecalls to straighten it out. Good thing it wasn't raining when we arrived. It all worked out OK. Breakfast was just OK, but I expected more personalized cooking of eggs to taste and a hot, cooked breakfast with more fruit choices would have been appreciated. In the Erica room, where the shower has been modernized, the floor is dangerously slippery. That rusty old shower rack holder was disgusting and is such a low cost item, I can't see why it wasn't replaced when the bathroom was updated. Difficulty communicating with non-English speaking hostess, Tamara, but she was friendly and helpful.

very sweet and friendly place. We loved the owner, the garden and the atmosphere. the rooms are a bit small which is normal in Venice but they were very cosy, nice decorated and clean.

The location was excellent for the water boat station and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful. Gate security was good and appreciated a safe in the room. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful

The central location. The property was situated in a residential area and was very peaceful and quiet; just a 5 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 mins from restaurants and the water taxi stop. Breakfast outside in the morning. Also, the property was very clean.
