“Perfect Apartment on Lido.”

Very well decorated and furnished. Perfect location, which was very quiet and peaceful in the evening. Roberto and Katja were great hosts and very helpful. We will stay here again when in Lido and highly recommend the Oasis Lagoon Estate. The top garden apartment also has a nice balcony overlooking the garden to the rear of the property, large enough to sit out on in the evening. Lido is the perfect place to stay when visiting Venice, a nice escape from the busyness of the centre but within easy reach by vaparetto.

Great location, 9 minutes from main vaporetto stop on the quiet side of town. Amazing 180 degree views of Venice and lagoon from spacious bedroom and living room picture windows. The numerous vaporettos from the Lido SME stop run every 2 or 3 minutes, including a less frequent night one and you are faster to St Marks square and Giardini than if you stayed on the Grand Canal. Owner very friendly and helpful. Flat more comfortable than chic slightly old fashioned italian in its style, but an excellent kitchen (hob and microwave oven. Area more residential than venice, which meant good shops and supermarkets.Very close to the free beach too. We would happily stay in this apartment (and indeed the Lido for choice) if we came back to Venice in next couple of years.

“A very pleasant, good value for Venice Lido”

Solid. Organized. Very well-equipped. Good AC. Dishwasher and washing machine. All new feeling or very well maintained. Close to beach. Not cheap but a very decent value with 3 bedrooms for a family in an area that is generally overpriced. We had the garden side view. It is quiet and pleasant. Peeped into a seaside flat and it makes a big difference, but the site was very clear about this. I saw some reviews of disappointed travelers from that point-of-view but, in all fairness, if a sea view is a must for you, just book it that way and pay for it! The garden view is a lot less expensive and our flat was beyond expectations.
