“Incredible little luxury in a great location🏖️”

I would absolutely recommend and stay here again!! The rooms are incredibly clean and the service was 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We used the outside space to sunbath and relax during the day. It was sooo peaceful. The location is right across from the beach club which serves great food and drinks all day. Thank you!! We will definitely return🙌

Great location for a beach holiday, just across the street! Lots of restaurants, shops, and public transportation nearby too. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.

“Owner/manager was like and old friend, making my staying even better.”

Everything was excellent- from very nice location to super comfortable room, but I would like to especially mention the person who worked there (he is owner or manager, I am not sure, but it is not important). He sent me messages to be sure I am safe and know how to come there. When I arrived, it appeared he was ready to answer any my questions til the end of the time if it is needed:) Charming and very hospitable, he made my nice staying even better and I want to especially thank him for that.

“Quiet and quality place”

The room was very clean, cosy and quiet. Outside the room, there was a spacious green garden. The host was very attentive and caring, and offered us a great amount of snacks and teas in the room. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for quiet and quality accommodations when visiting Venice.

The rooms are exquisite: clean, smell nice, comfortable, climate controlled... Furthermore the location couldn't be better: it is right next to the beach. The owner is a very kind man who doesn't hesitate to help you and maje yourself feel at home.

lovely quirky property very close to the Lido beach. We had a living room which was immaculately clean and resembled a 'Raj style' bungalow. The garden was peaceful. Excellent coffee available in the 'greenhouse' as well as refreshment facilities in the room. Francisco was a lovely host.

My best friend and I were lucky to stay at this wonderful place. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the garden and house were simply magical — so peaceful and serene. Francesco, the host, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. If I return to Lido, I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was fantastic from the room opening into a beautiful garden to the host’s great hospitality, recommendations and undeniably relaxed mystique of a Lido native. Lucky we had the chance to stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

It was very nice to have a garden to step out in, just outside the room. Beautiful garden, very nice room (I like that it had books even if I brought my own) very nice and helping host. Also an available area to socialize in, if you want. You will see the sea from the gates.
