We couldn’t go to the hotel at all because they hadn’t informed us at the time of booking that there was no road access and that we had to travel by sea Our family was afraid of traveling by sea, and despite contacting them, we were unable to cancel, and they did not refund our money. And this kind of of information is not a positive point for the booking.

“3 night stay in April”
Lovely hotel in a nice location, Lido is a lovely small island with plenty of good restaurants and a short boat trip to the other islands and St. Marks etc. on the Vaporetto. Around an hour on the Alilaguna from the airport. The hotel was very nice all round, room was a little small but lovely, we had a double and a single bed for three of us, would have been plenty big for 2 people. Nice bathroom but the shower is definitely on the small side. All very clean, cleaners in every day. Breakfast buffet was good with a few gluten free options too. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it was very good for the price.

“Calm and peaceful place to enjoy <3”
Hotel is located in very peaceful area, few minutes walking from the port. Breakfast place is confortable with the wives to small garden. Very clean and bright rooms, spacious bathroom. Very helpful staff on the reception, thank you!

Staff were very friendly, location was the high point. It was convenient for the beach, for waters into Venice & also it is located right beside the Main Street. I would highly recommend this hotel

“Wonderful, would stay there again in a heartbeat”
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was for four, including two teenage children and was very spacious, clean and little extras like slippers and so on. Excellent location for walking around the Lido.
