“Lovely hotel in beautiful and quiet location (at least off season)”
Wonderful view across the Laguna, great breakfast, stunning dining room with plenty of light and view on the Laguna and Venezia, ferry boat to Venezia just 50 meters away, super friendly staff, helping us out with late arrival and ferry from main land.

“Wow! Perfect…a place to savour, remember and return to!”
Location fabulous. Atmosphere of old time elegance perfect. Staff friendly, helpful, kind. Off season melancholy only adds to the charm (we stayed at beginning of March). View across the lagoon breathtaking and will stay with you forever.

The hotel is very close to the boat stop. It takes about 15 min by boat to get to Venice. The breakfast room has a beautiful view on the lagoon and the food was very good. The minibar in the room is free and it has some drinks. Our room was very spacious.

“Reachable and affordable hotel 20mins (by boat) from st marco square.”
Right by bus/boat station. 20 mins to st marco square yet away from the whole hassle of Venice. U can get with car to the hotel (load & unload straight to car), car gets to lido through ferry. Amazing view of the lagoon and Venice. Worth paying the extra for lagoon view room.

“Incredible view, best location on Lido, tasty breakfast”
The view from the room and on the breakfast is fantastic, over the lagoon. The best location on Lido, just 2 min from Vaporetto station but very calm, bus stops are within 5 min by foot. Breakfast is tasty and various, includes sparkling wine.
